Today in social studies we got a lot done in our class governments. Committees first finished writing their bills if they did not do so yesterday. The class periods who did not get to it yesterday also elected whips and a President Pro Tempore. Classes then separated into their parties and debated the bills, either passing, changing, or vetoing them. Most class periods got to debate one or two bills, but a few have not started yet. We will continue debating on bills tomorrow.
Don’t forget to study for the our quiz tomorrow on the 27 amendments! You can use Quizlet to help you study.
