Cool Blueprint Tools

I’d like to suggest the following tools for students to use on their blueprint drawings:

  • Google 3D Warehouse – tremendous 3D drawings of many buildings.
  • Google Satellite Maps – overhead views of each building add perspectives that web and book searches can’t give you.  Be sure to click “satellite”, enter the address, and zoom in!
  • Google Earth – requires a download and a decent computer to function properly.  Allows kids to zoom in, around, and view all sorts of angles and perspectives of their building.  My favorite tool!
